How do I reset my Haylou GT6?

Factory Setting:

  1. Power off the Haylou GT6 first before reset the Haylou GT6 earbuds. Take out left and right earphones and press the left and right earphone touch buttons at the same time for about 4s
    Release after the light flashes white quickly and goes out
  2. Long press the Haylou GT6 left and right earphone touch buttons at the same time for about 10s until the indicator lights up white constantly
    Release after it goes out
  3. Put the Haylou GT6 earphones back into the charging case and take them out again
  4. Clear phone pairing records, follow the pairing steps to complete Bluetooth connection
  5. If all success, Haylou GT6 Reset steps complete!
  6. If the operation is unsuccessful, please repeat the above steps; or log in to the official flagship store contact customer service to view reset

How to connect Haylou GT6? / How to pair

  1. Take two Haylou GT6 earbuds out from the charging case simultaneously, auto pair with each other, ready for pairing device
  2. Open the device Bluetooth and search “Haylou GT6”, finally click it to complete the connection
  3. If the connect success, Haylou GT6 Pairing steps complete!

Put the earbuds back to the charging case and repeat the above operation if the connection fails
